There is only one place in the world where you can realize your magical dreams without being judged, and that is London

by travelsscape

It’s the ultimate way to experience the best of London and all that is fascinating about Harry Potter.

You might say that London wouldn’t be London without its famous landmarks, iconic red buses, David Beckham and more. But for Harry Potter fans, London wouldn’t be London without experiencing the magic of JK Rowling’s best-selling series that has enthralled not only London, but the rest of the world.

Hogwarts Calling!

However, Harry Potter in London is indeed a serious affair. If you’re a wannabe wizarding muggle traveling through London and solemnly vowing to do only good things, then this trip is the best – the best of London and the best of the wizarding world!

We’ll be going straight into the Wizarding World – the making of Harry Potter – on the London Warner Bros. Studio Tour, but it really depends on which day you can get a spot. So feel free to swap it with another day!

A gentle reminder: the Warner Bros. Studio Tour is in high demand, so please reserve your tickets in advance.

This really is where all the magic has been happening for 20 years, and there’s nothing you can’t discover in this huge exhibition about Potter.

Get up close and personal with the sets, props and costumes, right down to the details – from the nooks and crannies of every wand to the towering models of Hogwarts Castle. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t get from Universal Orlando or Japan!

Before you enter, get a free souvenir passport to emboss cool stamps at one of the 6 stations around the studio. By default, only kids can use them, but there’s no shame in asking the staff for one anyway – after all, this is where you relive your childhood, right? ? .

If you’re travelling alone, you can also rent an e-guide for £4.95 (about S$8.90). Everything is free and easy, so soak it all in at your own pace!

Alohola!

When the entrance to the hall opened, my inner child – the one who avidly reads every book and watches every movie – woke up too. You can’t help but feel like a child again.

The real Goblet of Fire, on seasonal display in Assembly Hall through September 2018. Do you remember who the two characters on the floor are?

Dumbledore’s office, the Gryffindor common room, Professor Dolores Umbridge’s elaborate pink enclave, the wonderful Diagon Alley, and more – seize the opportunity to glimpse the intricate details that you won’t see even on the Blu-ray.

Dumbledore’s Office

Each exhibit has articles containing a wealth of information, enough to satisfy your thirst for Potter knowledge.

For starters, the thick books on the shelves in Dumbledore’s office are actually old phone books! We’ll leave the rest for you to find during your visit.

If you really are FOMO and must know everything, just ask the staff stationed around – they know their trivia so well, they might as well just be wizards in disguise! :O
